At the end of December, my friend Umi and I went to Urban Ore in Berkeley to pick up some chandeliers (long story). She was dressed in some fabulous items she’d picked up on a recent trip to Japan, so I couldn’t resist getting some photos with the Hasselblad 503cx and some Kodak Portra 160NC. [...]

You might remember this model, Sasha Beach, from this post. She came by last month to help me test one of the Hasselblads. These were taken with the 503cx and a Zeiss Planar 80mm f/2.8 lens. First 2 shots are on Ilford Delta Pro 100 and the last 2 with Fuji Neopan Acros 100.

I am borrowing 2 Hasselblads from a friend, and I am totally in love. Slowly scanning from prints, with bits of wonderful lost in the process, but at least you get some idea. More to come this week.
